Awesome for grip work!

These are great for strengthening your grip, I like using them for farmer's carries and a few other exercises too.

Love these rope grips. The red (level 2) really challenge your grip similar to towel pull ups and rope climbs and are super portable.

Besides being severely overpriced I do like them for a little twist on regular farmer carries. The red ones are much thinner than I expected and they are much harder to grip than the thick regular rope.
