Originally thought these were stupid but since buying they’ve improved my grip training immensely. Well constructed and super easy to work with. The way these were built combined with the flexibility offered, they are worth the investment.

They are good grips. There are so many exercises that you can do with them to build forearm and grip strength. My only complaint is they could be built a little bit better. I can feel the ropes move a bit more than I would like.
