Awesome

They are awesome and fun and a great addition to my grip arsenal as I have been using them twice a week now doing gorilla rows with kettlebells, priming my CNS for the training session! They are well made and I hope they last a decent amount of time!

Awesome purchase!

I love these things. I’m still training folks out of my garage and my clients love when I have a new challenge for them. Awesome super sturdy ropes that really keep things fresh. Great for grip work as well. Also they’re extremely well made.

Grip Strength

Love these rope grips! I love the challenge on grip strength. Love how easy they are to manipulate and move where you want them. Excellent training for upcoming Spartan/OCR races! Thank you!

Overcome Grip Weakness

Grip is a limiting factor, which means lifts involving grip can only be done to the point of your max grip strength.
