No monkeying around

There’s fat grips and then there’s monkey grips. I love these grips which takes gripping to a different level. You can do so many things with them. I like that they toughen up the hands as well as your grip. You have a lesser of a gripping material and therefore find yourself squeezing harder as to not Slip off. If you can. Easy carry or take along. I’m very happy with mine.

Great strength tool!

Love our Monkey grips. I use them for reps with pull-ups and farmers walks. The hidden treasure is the mental strength you gain from battling your grip and fatigue.

Rope Grips- nice for a home gym

Have just used them on a pullup bar in a home gym so far. They are sturdy, and let me get a good grip workout with my pull-ups. They don't take up much room so suitable for a home gym or to keep in a gym bag for a commercial gym. If you have the disposable income, you can probably get a lot of use out of these.

Grip is a limiting factor, which means lifts involving grip can only be done to the point of your max grip strength.
