Cable stations
With the Cable Adapter Kit and a compatible machine, introduce grip-focused rows, pulldowns, curls and raises. Set the resistance for each exercise rather than carrying over the member’s usual working weight.
MONKEE GRIP / GYMS & TRAINING FACILITIES
Bring Monkee Grips to suitable cable machines, pull-up stations and carry lanes. Give trainers and members another way to use familiar exercises, with a shared setup sized for your floor.

FOR GYM OWNERS & COACHING TEAMS
Choose a clear role for each set of grips. Start with the exercises your staff can demonstrate and the equipment your members already use.
With the Cable Adapter Kit and a compatible machine, introduce grip-focused rows, pulldowns, curls and raises. Set the resistance for each exercise rather than carrying over the member’s usual working weight.
Use supported leans, rows and holds to introduce the equipment in a coached session. Adjust the angle, support or load to match the person’s current control.
Build grips into a supervised rotation using suitable anchors or carry setups. Plan clear working areas and transitions so members can share stations without crowding.
Members do not need to perform a full bodyweight hang to start. Supported positions and adjustable cable loads offer other ways to introduce the equipment.
PLAN FOR PEAK USE
Illustrative setup: allocate two pairs to compatible cable stations, two to coached pulling stations and one to a supervised carry area. Adjust the mix to your equipment, floor space and staffing.
One planned station means one pair for one person at a time. Size the setup around peak demand and coaching sessions, not total membership.
Choose where each pair and its matching hardware will live. Give staff a consistent return point so members are not searching across the floor for attachments.
Confirm suitable anchors, cable attachment points, clearance and traffic flow. Five pairs do not create five usable stations unless the supporting equipment and space are available.
Use these configurations to request a written quote. Grip types, reinforcement, accessories, pricing and delivery timing are confirmed for your facility before ordering.
STARTER SETUP
A focused introduction across personal training, cable work and a small shared area.
Request 5 stations ↗TEAM SETUP
More simultaneous users or equipment distributed across several training zones.
Request 10 stations ↗FACILITY SETUP
Larger facilities or multiple locations with a defined station and staff plan.
Request 25 stations ↗Each station starts with one pair of grips. Bars, racks, cable machines and mounting infrastructure are not included. Adapter hardware and slings are itemized as needed. Tell us if you need a custom quantity or separate deliveries.
SELECT FOR THE WAY YOUR FLOOR WORKS
A shared gym needs clear equipment choices and repeatable setup instructions. Tell us how and where members will use the grips.
Original Jute provides the rope feel; Black Cotton offers an alternative with less initial shedding. Level 2’s smaller diameter adds a different challenge and can suit lighter cable exercises. A two-minute hang is not a prerequisite.
Ask about GymPro reinforcement when planning shared equipment. Reinforcement does not replace routine inspection or correct use. Remove worn or damaged grips and hardware from service.
Add cable-adapter hardware where the machine and exercise require it. Extension slings can provide extra reach in suitable setups. Check attachment size, clearance and connector fit before ordering.
This guide covers bar attachment. Cable adapters and extension slings have their own setup requirements.
HELP STAFF TEACH IT CONSISTENTLY
Start with a small staff-led trial. Use it to learn which exercises members understand, where the equipment belongs and what instructions need to be visible.
Demonstrate attachment, connection checks and a manageable starting exercise. Make sure trainers can explain how to adjust support or load before introducing it to members.
Set an inspection and storage routine. Confirm material-appropriate care instructions before choosing cleaning products or methods for shared grips.
Record which stations get used, repeated member questions and any setup or queueing problems. Expand once the trial fits your floor and staff can support it reliably.
FROM FLOOR PLAN TO EQUIPMENT LIST
Give us the intended uses and purchasing requirements so the proposed setup is straightforward to assess.
Include facility type, number of locations, peak simultaneous users, available cable machines and anchors, delivery location and target start date.
Request a quote, ask about an evaluation sample or get help deciding station quantities. Include grip preferences and the hardware you already own so the quote can account for them.
Review the itemized grips, reinforcement, adapters, shipping and timing before committing. Samples, discounts, purchase orders and payment terms require confirmation; an inquiry is not an order.

Attachment points vary. Check connector size, clearance and gate closure on your equipment. Include machine details when requesting a quote so compatibility can be reviewed. Do not assume a universal fit.
A full hang is not the only starting exercise. A trainer can introduce supported pulls or light cable exercises and adjust support, grip choice and resistance for the individual.
Not necessarily. Match grip and resistance to each exercise and member. Level 2 can be useful for lighter cable movements even when that person is not ready to support full bodyweight on it.
You can ask about an evaluation sample or request a smaller custom order. Sample eligibility, any cost, availability and shipping are confirmed individually. Describe who will evaluate the grips and what you want to learn.
Confirm care guidance for the specific grip material before selecting cleaning methods. Assign storage and inspection responsibilities, follow your facility’s hygiene procedures and remove damaged equipment from use. No disinfectant compatibility is assumed.
