Which Monkee Grips should I start with?

Original Jute or Black Cotton are our recommendation for most people. Black Cotton sheds less than jute. Level 2 offers a harder grip challenge for more experienced users.

Are Monkee Grips sold in pairs?

The core Monkee Grips options are sold in pairs. The Level 1 + Level 2 bundle contains two pairs: one Original Jute pair and one Level 2 pair. Check individual accessory listings for their contents.

What do I need for cable training?

You need Monkee Grips, the Cable Adapter Kit and a suitable cable machine. The adapter kit includes two steel spring carabiners and two triangle attachment rings. Monkee Grips are sold separately.

How are Thick Grips different?

Thick Grips fit around compatible conventional bar handles to increase their diameter. Monkee Grips attach as hanging handles for hangs, pull-ups, carries and other exercises. They offer different ways to train your hands.

Is the eight-week program physical or digital?

The 8-Week Hang Ladder is a paid digital training program in PDF format. It provides a structured progression. Equipment is purchased separately.
