Are you ready to take on the ultimate test of grip strength and endurance? Monkee Grips is excited to announce the Monkee Grips Fitness Challenge! This challenge is designed to help you improve your grip strength and endurance by attaching your Monkee Grips to your pull-up bar and hanging on for as long as possible.

To participate in this challenge, follow these simple steps:

Attach your Monkee Grips to your pull-up bar.
Dead hang for as long as you can, while holding onto the Monkee Grips.
Film your attempt and post it on Instagram, tagging @MonkeeGrips and using the hashtag #MonkeeGripsChallenge.
We will be selecting and highlighting the most impressive attempts on our page, giving you the chance to share your grip strength with our community of thousands of people!

To participate, you must use Monkee Grips for this challenge. You must hang unassisted for as long as possible without breaking your grip or letting go of the Monkee Grips. Your video must clearly show the Monkee Grips attached to the pull-up bar and your hands holding onto the grips with your feet off the ground.
